Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

  • Membership is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old of age.
  • There are no membership fees in order to enroll in the Program.
  • Minimum required information for Membership sign up is a current valid e-mail address, first and last name, billing address, shipping address, contact phone number, date of birth, copy of valid driver’s license, and current credit card.
  • Enrollment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions become effective when a new member enrolls in Goosecross Membership and/or Loyalty Program.
  • Loyalty Program applies to all Goosecross Memberships excluding Gift Memberships.
  • Membership is valid at the Goosecross winery in Yountville and the Goosecross eCommerce shops.
  • By becoming a Member, you agree to receive printed and electronic administrative, promotional, and marketing communications or other related materials from Goosecross.
  • Members always have the ability to customize communication preferences or opt-out of marketing mailings and emails.
  • Goosecross respects your privacy and will not sell, rent, or make your personal information available to a third party.
  • Goosecross is not responsible for communications lost due to Member’s failure to properly notify us as to a change of email address or other contact information.
  • Member is responsible for reading notices, newsletters, account statements, and other materials in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Program.
  • Membership is subject to current Program rules as they may be modified by Goosecross from time to time in the future.
  • Current Terms and Conditions are available to all Members on the Goosecross website. Members may also obtain a printed copy from Goosecross Cellars upon request.
  • Goosecross may modify rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation in whole or in-part at any time without notice and any further obligations to Members by posting revised Terms and Conditions on the Goosecross website. Any change shall take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
  • Goosecross will honor any loyalty points accumulated or rewards earned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the Program changes are made.
  • Goosecross reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms and Conditions. All such determinations shall be final and conclusive in all matters relating to the Membership and Loyalty Program.
  • Goosecross reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover reasonable damages, attorneys’ and court fees, and other related expenses.
  • Goosecross may terminate the Membership and Loyalty Program at any time by posting a notice on the Goosecross website thirty (30) days in advance of the termination.
  • After the initial one year minimum commitment, Members may cancel their Membership at any time by notifying Goosecross by mail, email, or in person.
  • Please contact Goosecross customer support by mail, phone, email, or in person with any questions or to request additional information.
  • These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding between Goosecross and any Member of the program and supersede any other agreements, statements, or representations.
 

2. BENEFITS

  • Points will be posted to Member’s account by the 15th of each month.
  • Members can view their account balance online at any time. Contact Goosecross customer support for the URL link. Please keep in mind that points are posted once every 30 days. Call us toll-free at (800) 276-9210 if you wish to spend points that have not been posted yet.
  • In addition, for every $1,000 spent in a single year you will earn 1,000 (one thousand) bonus points.
  • You receive 1,000 (one thousand) bonus points on your birthday and 1,000 (one thousand) points for each year you maintain a current Membership on your wine club anniversary (i.e. on your 10th anniversary, you receive 10,000 points)
  • You can earn an extra 1,000 (one thousand) one-time bonus points for choosing any of the following: referring guests that sign-up for our club, 12 bottles per shipment club option, or pickup option for delivery. Member is eligible to receive any combination of these one-time bonuses.
  • Club members who elect the pick up option will receive 1,000 (one thousand) bonus points for each timely pick up of club wines from the winery.
  • Goosecross reserves the right to make points and promotional offers available to select Members based on member’s purchase activity, program participation, or in response to information supplied by the member.
  • Only active Members can accumulate reward points.
  • Members will not be reimbursed retroactively for purchases without active Membership at the time of purchase.
  • Points and Reward Certificates have no cash value.
  • Any unused points expire on December 31st of every year.
  • If you cancel the Membership you forfeit all accumulated points.
  • If you rejoin the Program at any time in the future you will start with a zero point balance.
 

3. REDEMPTION

  • When redeeming reward points, Members DO NOT get their club discount. The purchase has to be at full retail for Members to redeem their points.
  • Only Goosecross®, and ÆROS® wine brand logo items are eligible.
  • All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program.
  • For all accumulated points, Members will receive reward certificates redeemable on all wine purchases at any Goosecross location. Points will be converted into reward certificates upon redemption.
  • The redemption value is $1 for 100 (one hundred) accumulated points.
  • Reward certificates will be applied to a purchase at the request of eligible member.
  • Reward certificates are valid for use on any purchase amount except sales tax and insurance. Reward certificates may be subject to tax liability. Any applicable sales tax, including sales tax liability disclosure, connected with the receipt of reward points or the use of reward certificates is the responsibility of the Member and must be paid by the Member.
  • Membership account must be active at the time of redemption.
  • Members cannot redeem points in order to receive free wine.
  • Reward certificates are not valid for use on prior purchases.
  • Points or reward certificates are redeemable for qualified purchases only. Unused value remains on the Member’s account and cannot be redeemed for cash, and will expire on December 31st.
  • Other restrictions may apply; including but not limited to receipt of reward points and/or the redemption of reward certificates where prohibited by law.
