25th Anniversary Event
From the evening of October 8, 2010 through the afternoon of October 10…
You’re invited to the biggest celebration in our history! We’ve put together an unforgettable weekend for our friends in beautiful Napa Valley to commemorate our most significant milestone to date – 25 years of winemaking.
The celebration package includes activities throughout the weekend at both our Yountville winery and our wine bar in historic downtown Napa, beginning Friday evening, October 8 and continuing through Sunday, October 10. We have planned lots of fun things for you to do leading up to our gala event on Saturday night, October 9.
The celebratory dinner will highlight a bounty of seasonal wine country cuisine that showcases some of our favorite Goosecross vintages. The evening will begin with a patio wine reception that features live entertainment and a towering sushi bar filled with creative rolls and fresh fish delicacies from our friends at Matsuri.
Prominent Napa Valley chef Nicholas Johnson will be preparing a feast that includes your choice of entrees designed to pair with the fabulous Goosecross wines that we’ll be pouring all night long.
We’ll take a trip down memory lane during our retrospective slideshow that celebrates 25 years of Goosecross history and as if that’s not enough we’ll end the evening by dancing to popular songs performed by local musicians, Jeff Campbell & Megan Slankard.
Our 25th Anniversary Celebration will delight you with the perfect balance of hospitality, history, wine, food, elegance, and fun.
Join us for this extraordinary experience – we’re sure to be talking about it together for the next 25 years!
Tickets: $150 per person
(and your ticket includes all events throughout the weekend at all Goosecross locations)
Time of Gala Dinner: 5:30-10:30pm
Location of Gala Dinner:
Yountville Community Center
5616 Washington Street
Yountville, CA 94599
What to wear: The attire for the Saturday evening party is “Dressy Casual”. Dressy casual calls for dressed-up versions of casual looks. For him, it could be trousers and a sport coat, for her a dressy pants look, pant suit, or a little black dress. It’s all about what you feel comfortable wearing around other people that may or may not be dressed up, and something you can move freely in while dancing.
Please remember, you’re here to relax and have fun so anything you’re comfortable in is fine with us. Early October in Napa is usually quite warm. Regardless of what you choose to wear, it’s your smile we’ll notice the most!
Check out the right-hand column on this page for the weekend activities we have planned. With more to come…
We can’t wait to share the weekend with you!
