Goosecross Salmon Dip
  Goosecross Cellars Recipe for Chardonnay  
1 (3 oz) package Goosecross Coho smoked salmon
2 teaspoons Goosecross Chardonnay
1 (4 oz) cream cheese with chives and onions
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Freshly ground black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions :
Combine the above ingredients, stirring well. Serve the dip on crackers or bread rounds.
