Quick Cabbage Casserole
  Goosecross Cellars Recipe for AmerItal Red Table Wine  
1 ½ lbs Lean (7%) ground beef
2 cloves garlic diced
1 small onion diced
1 teaspoon caraway seed
5 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded carrot
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and basil 15 0z.
4 Roma tomatoes diced
¾ cup parmesan cheese/ ½ cup additional parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 tsp black pepper

Directions :
Sauté meat with diced onion and garlic. Drain, and then add to other ingredients. Mix well and sprinkle with the additional ½ cup parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake 350 degrees for one hour or until bubbling.
