Ingredients: |

(2 ) 8 oz. packages cream cheese
(1) 4 oz. package blue cheese
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/2 cup white onion, minced
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Directions :Combine all ingredients, except walnuts, and mix well. Form cheese into two balls. Roll cheese ball in chopped walnuts. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on crackers or a French baguette, and with your favorite Goosecross wine. |
