Endive with Goat Cheese and Smoked Salmon
  Goosecross Cellars Recipe for Sauvignon Blanc  
     
  Ingredients:  
 
4 oz. pkg. Sky Hill Farms plain goat cheese
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon white onion, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 oz. pouch of Wild Alaska smoked salmon*
Freshly ground black pepper
1 large head endive
1 teaspoon Goosecross Sauvignon Blanc


Directions :
In a small bowl, stir the goat cheese, dill, onion, lemon zest, and smoked salmon. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Stir in wine. Wash and separate the endive into leaves and pat dry.

Fill the base of each endive leaf with 1 tablespoon mixture then serve as an appetizer.
