Ginger Couscous
  Goosecross Cellars Recipe for  
1 ¾ cups chicken broth
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/3 cups plain couscous
¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions :
In a medium saucepan, combine the broth, water, and oil. Bring just to a boil. Add the ginger and stir well. Stir in the couscous and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately.
