Carrie's Comfort Chili
  Goosecross Cellars Recipe for Zinfandel  
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
11/2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 can (12 oz) chunky salsa
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup Goosecross Zinfandel
1 tablespoon chili seasoning mix
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Ground red and black pepper to taste

Directions :
Brown ground meat. Drain half of the liquid out of each of the cans of beans. Mash half of the beans in each can. Combine meat, beans, salsa, tomato sauce, wine and all of the seasonings in a pot. Cook over medium heat.

Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese.
