After many years of cooking for my family, I’m pleased to say that we have compiled a comprehensive and versatile recipe collection. I love the challenge of pairing different dishes with Goosecross wine, so I have personally tested each recipe to be sure it’s complete. My recipes not overly complicated, seasonally delicious with readily available ingredients, and they won’t leave you with too much clean-up. I sincerely hope you enjoy them.

Goosecross Cellars Recipe Zinfandel
Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) cans Chicken Chunk, drained
3 ozs. Craisins (original flavor)
3 green onions (sprigs), chopped (green part only)
4 ozs. almonds (roasted & salted), coarsely chopped
¼ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp white pepper
1 ¼ cup mayonnaise (or more depending on how moist you like)
Toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend, this is must!
Next day, enjoy this spread on your favorite baked bread, crackers, sandwiches or salads.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with Goosecross Zinfandel
