After many years of cooking for my family, I’m pleased to say that we have compiled a comprehensive and versatile recipe collection. I love the challenge of pairing different dishes with Goosecross wine, so I have personally tested each recipe to be sure it’s complete. My recipes not overly complicated, seasonally delicious with readily available ingredients, and they won’t leave you with too much clean-up. I sincerely hope you enjoy them.

Goosecross Cellars Recipe Chardonnay
Ingredients:
Marinade ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
Juice from 1 lemon
¼ cup Goosecross Chardonnay
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
For the garnish:
1 tablespoon Italian flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon lemon thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
Zest from 1 lemon
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, wine, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken, toss to coat well, and marinate for 45 minutes.
Prepare BBQ and heat grill to medium fire. Grill chicken thighs on oiled rack until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve with baby zucchini and fingerling potatoes.
