Colleen’s Kitchen
After many years of cooking for my family, I’m pleased to say that we have compiled a comprehensive and versatile recipe collection. I love the challenge of pairing different dishes with Goosecross wine, so I have personally tested each recipe to be sure it’s complete. My recipes not overly complicated, seasonally delicious with readily available ingredients, and they won’t leave you with too much clean-up. I sincerely hope you enjoy them.

Goosecross Cellars Recipe Sparkling Rose
Ingredients:
1 ham, precooked, 12-14 pounds
1 jar (13 oz) Stonewall Kitchen strawberry & brandied
apricot jam
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sage, minced
1 tablespoon thyme,
minced
Freshly ground black pepper
Dash of cloves
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan and heat in oven until
completely warmed through, about 1 ½ hours.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan
combine the jam with the water and warm over medium heat, stirring until jam is smooth. Add
the sage, thyme, pepper and cloves and mix well. Remove from the heat.
Remove the
ham from the oven and score the top. Pour the glaze over the ham and return ham to oven. Bake
10-15 minutes or until glaze is browned. Slice and serve warm.
