The 2010 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc is our 12th flight for this variety continuing the crisp and bright style that has made this wine a favorite in our tasting room.
Flavor Profile: This wine is pale straw in color with aromas of lime, pineapple and lemon grass. In the mouth, fresh grapefruit and green apple flavors finish dry with a touch of white peach and flint. Drink now through 2013.
Food Suggestions
The bright acidity in this wine makes it a great match with food. Try Colleen’s Grilled Salmon Vera Cruz in her recipe library.
